Reporting to: Lead Systems Engineer
Location: Southampton / London
Qualifications, skills and experience:
Essential:
- MEng Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, equivalent Applied Science degree or equivalent work-based training.
- Significant relevant industry experience.
- Have participated in Marine Industry and Industrial Plant Equipment projects, building practical experience across the product development lifecycle.
- Exhibit strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, and manage time effectively.
Desirable:
- Led the application of marine classification society rules (e.g., DNV, ABS, LR), ensuring compliance and informing others in the business.

Office Attendance
The role will be contracted to either the London or Southampton office, with the opportunity for some remote working flexibility. The expectation of office attendance is likely to be 16 days per month.

- 2nd Stage Interview – In Person – Southampton / London office.
