Responsibilities:

• Identifying opportunities for growth in other channels.
• Maintaining and developing mutually beneficial business relationships with all relevant external and internal stakeholders.
• Building your personal brand to ensure you and you become the ‘go to’ recruitment specialist within your area of expertise.
• Actively monitoring policies and procedures for client management and development.
• Expanding the company’s customer base through prospecting and outreach.
• Playing a key role in our company’s growth by managing strategic accounts and driving sales.
