We’re searching for a visionary Talent Manager to transform our client’s approach to attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional employees. This pivotal role will lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive talent strategy – encompassing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and ongoing development. Your expertise will shape employer branding initiatives, solidifying the company’s reputation as a top-tier workplace where individuals can thrive and reach their full potential.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Identify resource and competency gaps in all areas of the business
  • Develop strategic resource and succession plan
  • Work with HR Director to ensure company offering achieves Employer Of Choice status
  • Market the business to attract suitable candidates
  • Plan and Lead Recruitment Campaigns for all skill sets
  • Manage the interface with and performance of company Recruitment Providers
  • Work with Hiring Managers to develop Role Profiles and application requirements
  • Review applications and arrange interviews and assessments
  • Manage the Offer and Induction Processes for new joiners
  • Manage the Graduate Development Programme
  • Manage the Apprentice Programme
  • Develop and manage a suitable Talent Development Programme

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Expert in recruitment of engineering business staff
  • Experience of hiring large numbers of specialists for Projects
  • Driven by On Time Delivery
  • Strong Completer Finisher
  • Good network and knowledge of the marine sector
  • Good at managing service providers
