Defence and security isn’t the first industry you would think of when it comes to working remotely, but our clients and candidates have adapted exceptionally well to the ‘new normal’ we found ourselves in during 2020.
The value of STEM innovation including some things that we take for granted such as zoom and Microsoft teams have been key weapons in making remote employment workable for engineers. For those who were still required on-site, shipyards adapted strongly to make sure the workplaces were covid secure.

Overcoming the practical challenges caused by working on a site during the pandemic, has allowed our clients to maintain their headway on existing and new defence projects with a secure stream of talent.
