General Design Manager – Naval Architecture

You’ll provide team management and leadership to enable both the care and growth of your team members, and timely delivery of engineering outputs to ensure the project/program engineering activities are successfully achieved.

Your key responsibilities will include;

• Providing strategic direction for the growth of technical capability and workstreams
• Ensuring appropriate governance, assurance and management of all technical tasking
• Reporting technical, resourcing and project information to the Chief Engineer
• Collaborating across engineering businesses to improve efficiency, and identify and apply industry best practices
• Engaging with customers, suppliers and stakeholders across the submarine enterprise
