Chief Engineer

You’ll provide team management and leadership to enable both the care and growth of your team members, and timely delivery of engineering outputs to ensure the project/program engineering activities are successfully achieved.

Your key responsibilities will include;

• Provide support to the current activities of several programs, mainly in FSS
• Building up the engineering organization, including future sustainment activities.
• Support to other areas of the business, providing expertise in shipbuilding in the UK.
• Represent at technical organizations and panels
• Establish future engineering plans, procedures and instructions to deliver best capability to the United Kingdom
