Role Overview: As an Apprentice, you will be at the forefront of our mission to find and nurture shipbuilding talent. This apprenticeship is a rare opportunity to earn while you learn, avoiding university debt, and gaining hands-on experience that will catapult your career growth.


  • Proactively source and generate new shipbuilding candidates for exciting opportunities worldwide.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to existing candidates, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Utilize various channels, including our database, advertising, internet searches, business contacts, and direct recruiting, to source candidates.
  • Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills and understand their job preferences.
  • Collaborate with team members to fill active shipbuilding talent requirements efficiently.
  • Prepare candidates for client interviews, ensuring they are well-prepared for success.
  • Build a robust shipbuilding talent pool by obtaining candidate referrals, contributing to our industry-leading position.
