We’re looking for an experienced Business System Change Manager to streamline our client’s core operations. You’ll lead change projects focused on defining and implementing new business systems to optimise control, performance, and productivity across their Bill of Material, procurement, supply chain, and stock control functions.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Record current business systems and processes in Detailed Design, Production Engineering, Procurement, Stores and Production that cause the purchase, expediting, receipt, stock control, issue and dispatch of materials and parts.
  • Benchmark these systems and processes against other similar manufacturing businesses
  • Identify weakness and areas for improvement in the current systems and processes
  • Source and assess suitable IT Systems which may help to improve outcomes including the relevant parts of the SAGE 200 Manufacturing Module which is currently available to the business
  • Carry out Cost and Benefits Analysis to assess options for new business systems to improve control, performance and productivity of the Bill of Material, procurement, supply chain and stock  control processes and functions
  • Get Senior Management approval for implementation and budget spend on proposed new business systems
  • Drive the change management process throughout the business to implement the new business systems
  • Oversee the performance of IT System Suppliers to deliver
  • Lead the cleansing of existing system data
  • Manage the training of Users in the new systems

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Expert in Business System change implementation
  • Experience in process development in a similar manufacturing company
  • Knowledge of SAGE 200 or similar ERP software
  • Driven by On Time Delivery
  • Strong Collaborator and Influencer
